How long is shipping and processing?
•Shipping and processing are two different things. First, we must understand the difference between the two. Shipping time is the time it takes the shipping carrier ( USPS) to deliver your item. Processing time is the time it takes for us to review your order, prepare it, package it and ship it out. Processing time is based on the order in which it is received . Some orders processing time may take 1-14 business days to process depending on order volume and what was ordered. Please keep in mind that ALL orders are made fresh the day of shipping.
I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are given via email from Ecwid. Always make sure to check your junk / spam mail for email updates from us. Remember, this is your responsibility to keep up with, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of USPS.
I’ve received my tracking number but there aren’t any updates. What does this mean?
We typically print out shipping labels in bulk when we start packing. Once labels are printed you will receive an email via Ecwid. If there is no movement on your order for 3 days or more, please contact us at help.TheeBakerGirl@yahoo.com
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship in the United States. In the future we may ship internationally.
Do we ship with dry ice?
No. Our products are shelf life stable. Although some items require refrigeration AFTER opening we do not ship with dry ice since those items are shipped in bottle, container or sealed packaging that also prevents spoilage. Lemonades are able to be shipped unrefrigerated and must be refrigerated upon arrival once seal is broken as stated on the packaging. Spicy bowls contain preservatives and pickling agents to prevent spoiling, making them shelf life stable. We do advise all customers follow the instructions and care on each package.
Are your products FDA/USDA approved?
For a short answer, no. Although we do keep in contact with the FDA, USDA, FDACS & FDOH about our products and any new product ideas we may have, we are permitted to follow strict food safety guidelines in order to ensure our products are safe for consumption. In addition, we do have a culinary background, up to date ServSafe and proper licensing to sell certain products. Most of our products do fall under the " Florida cottage food law" the items that do not (EX: Spicy bowls) do require us to have a license.
Why aren't spicy bowls FDA/USDA approved?
This question has caused a lot of controversy, but our goal is to always inform customers and allow them to feel safe when consuming products from TBG. The reason why spicy bowls do not require approval is because the ingredients purchased to make the product have already gone through the proper steps for us so we don't have to. We do not pickle and products of any kind we leave that to the larger companies to do it for us.
