Some goods will require a signature on delivery, therefore if you are not available for delivery you may need to contact the delivery company to re-organize delivery or to collect the goods from a depot if convenient. Pirateship and/or Ecwid will notify you automatically when a shipping label has been created THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY. Once package has been shipped you will see it as “ in transit “ via USPS. Please allow 1-3 days after label has been created to see shipping movement.
Deliveries will be made to the given delivery address, the address given will be the address to which the goods are sent. For any amendments to the delivery address, we must be notified by email prior to the processing of your order.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. You can view your shipping costs on each item. We do not hide any handling fees in the shipping summary. Once orders are place, you will see the estimated delivery time/date on your conformation. we have until the last date to ship your order(s) to you. Our major shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service) with 1-3 day shipping. WE ONLY SHIP MONDAY - WEDNESDAY. PROCESSING TIME IS 1 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS ( excluding weekends and holidays) REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS. You will receive an email via Ecwid when your order is being processed. Once your order has reached processing it is no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund. Echecks may take up to 6 business days to clear which can cause delays in processing. An Echeck is an electronic payment funded by the buyer’s bank account. Once the payment is cleared the shipping process will begin .
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, either due to an incorrect address , unavailability of a signature on delivery, stolen packages or USPS for any reason. Once orders are shipped out and are in USPS possession we hold no liability. Failure to receive order(s) once shipped , you can contact us within 5 days of late delivery. Note that USPS may take up to 45 days to resolve the issue . It is not promised that a failed mailing delivery will be resolved through USPS . If for that reason, you will need to file a claim through USPS . We do not reship orders or refund. Once USPS claim has been resolved you will have to reorder again . Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages. If goods are returned to us for these reasons we can re-charge for postage and handling, or deduct the cost if a refund is requested.
Upon shipping of your order you will become the owner of the goods, they will be held at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for their loss or destruction.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or contact us for Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. All priority boxes are insured up to $50, if you would like to purchase additional insurance please contact us before placing your order . All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for package(s) once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package you will need to file a claim with them . If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to if it is eligible to be reshipped( perishable food items cannot be reshipped, a new order will need to be placed) and for the shipping service to be paid by you. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
Each item will come with its own “How to care “instructions. Failure to follow the instructions can result in poor quality or spoiled food.
