It is unlikely that you are not happy with your order from TheeBakerGirl. Once orders are in processing, they are no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund. Please be sure to contact us and let us know about the issue within 48 hours of receiving your product. Full refunds, partial refunds , replacements or store-credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is to always leave you happy and satisfied. If we make an honest mistake (the product was not made correctly) we will most certainly do our best to resolve it. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product does not meet a personal preference ( texture, taste/flavor or smell). Once you have contacted us about your order and we receive your returned order we will inspect it to determine if it is still edible. Perishable items are not eligible for reshipping. If the product is still edible and able to be reshipped we will reship the item(s), if, after inspection we determine that the item(s) are do not qualify for reshipping you will have to reorder the items and pay for shipping we will not refund you. If the product has been in USPS transit for more than 7 days, it is automatically ineligible for reshipping and a new order will need to be placed. We will send you video footage proof of the order being unboxed. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS ARRIVED YOU HAVE 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY TO CONTACT US ABOUT YOUR ORDER. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us due to user error were installed incorrectly or damaged. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don't want a replacement and would like to keep the incorrect item(s) we will refund the shipping fee. If you do not want the item(s) we will request the product back or that you destroy the product and provide photographic proof that the product is no longer edible before we process the refund or replacement. Examples of photographic proof; include but not limited to : Video and/or picture via email of the product emptied from its original packaging and wasted into your garbage bin making it completely non edible. The product MUST be completely destroyed properly before a refund or replacement can be issued . If your package(s) is returned to us due to incorrect address, upon examining the contents of the package, if the integrity of the items have been compromised we will not reship or remake the product. You will then have to place another order purchasing the product and shipping.
